Whats the Anime that has an evil anime girl with psychic powers and makes these hands come out and attacks people. It was a pretty gorey anime as well. I believe she's after a guy and a girl in the story? If anyone knows….THANKS!!! I saw it a long time ago and haven't been able to remember what it is called. THANKS AGAIN!!!
