I've been seeing spirits since I was about 10 years old. It was always just every once in awhile. I'm 18 now and I'm seeing orbs and full body apparitions quite frequently. Its as if they're following me. I can sense their energy and sometimes feel them touch me. It scares me at times. I've had some freaky dreams that have came true as well and I sensed a death. And it happened.
Id like to know why I am like this and if this is a gift, how I can strengthen it and use it for good?

It may be a vision problem, or a symptom of another health issue.The first thing you should do is discuss your visions with your primary care physician. He/she will be able to tell you why you may be seeing these things.

Psychics aren't real, and neither are spirits.If you're seeing things no one else can see, you need to talk to a doctor about this.And you should have done that 8 years ago.But since it's very common for kids to make stuff like that up, it's possible you simply made it up at that time and are now committed to the story.Energy doesn't work the way you seem to think it does.People die all the time.
