So I know it doesn't come out tell fall and I know that fennikins evolutions are gonna be psychic so which one i m stuck between fenikin or chespin. There is no chance in earth I am choosing froake none. Zip. Nada. I wonder what types. Chespin will be dark, rock, ground, or will he just stay a grass type? AND WHAT TYPE WILL SYLVEON BE???!!! My top guesses are normal which would stink, flying, or a new type light probley

Personally I like froakie even though everyone else seems to like fenniken and chespin. But as for picking a starter I would wait until they release more about them, like evolutions, stats, moves, types ect. AndI seriously doubt they will make Slyveon a light typebecause many people who have inside information about the game say that they don't want to introduce any new types anymore. If I had to guess I would say Slyveon will be lying
There is no evidence to CONFIRM the fact that Fennekin will be a fire/phsyic type. Although there is some kind of footage it's still not 100%. On to your question. I think i'll be choosing Chespin. I really like the cute look of him and i'm thinking he'll bring a unique type, and I think it's about time I have gotten a grass starter.
As for Chespin's type, there is no evidence on what it is. Although, as you mentoined if Fennekin's type is Psyhic, Froakie's type is fighting, and Chespin's is dark. I can see a similar cycle being made such as the famous grass, water, and fire.
My top guess for Sylveon's type will be Light. Everybody loves eeveelutions so if they give the new one a unique type then maybe it'll become more popular. However, I can rule out that sylveon isn't a dragon, bug, flying, or dark type, but ghost can still be a outcome (look at those eyes).
