well i think this was with may or misty
its a town only pokemon live there.
and there this cave with ghost pokemon.
like there a fight because the psychic pokemon living in the town is like annoying the ghost pokemon so they move to the cave. sorry i seen this when i was like 8. so i can't remember much about.
and ash is trying to help the ghost pokemon and psychic pokemon live in peace.
