Obviously astrology is real.It's not *effective* – that is, it doesn't produce accurate results – but very obviously it *is* real.
Likewise for most of the other things you mention.For example:very clearly exorcisms are real.I've witnessed several myself.I've never detected any demonic presence or witnessed any demon being cast out of someone's body, but I've witnessed several exorcisms.Exorcisms are undeniably real – whether or not they are effective.
