Lane Asked: is it possible to get a victini without a victory pass?

i love fire types and i was exited when i figured out that they made a fire/psychic type pokemon (victini) but when i got the game the event was over. i'd appreciate any help i can get.p.s. i can't trade for it unless someone trades it through GTS negotiations or someone gives me their friend code and trades it to me online.
