Patrick M Asked: A Character With Ice Powers Would Be Weak Against?

I know "Fire" would be the typical answer but for my comic my main character has Ice and was wondering if anyone could think of any villains or opponents that could give him a run for his money?

I know you could do Mind Control or something Psychic but I want something kind of unoriginal like maybe someone Steel due to the fact it takes long for steel to get cold or won't affect it as much? Please and thanks
