Asked: I believe that a woman is harming me with psychic powers. How do I present this to a court of law?

Before anyone presents me with stuff about "witch trials" I am well aware of what happened in the earlier centuries, and that people profited from it in a very bad and financial way. They were the agents of Satan just so much as witches are today. As such, it should not effect legal proceedings today if it's happening.
