Asked: Can all Catholic Priests perform exorcisms?

I have had a very serious problems with spirits/demons since I was 13 years old and pressured to use a ouija board by my friends. When I was 17, I used it again and saw something very gruesome that I still have nightmares from(I'm 20 now) When I was about 18, a friend of mine who said she had psychic powers tried to help me get rid of him. We broke the board and burried it in a graveyard. For years no matter where I go spirits still follow? I do have a very good life, but I think I am cursed because spirits wont leave me alone?

There is a catholic church in my city that I used to go to a lot when I was a child. I have grown up, and can't say that I classify myself in any religion, but I do strongly believe in God and that He can help me with this. Would I be allowed to ask for an exorcism.blessing from the church?
