Lapras-Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Surf, Sheer Cold
Vileplume-Solarbeam, Sunny Day, Sludge Bomb, Giga Drain
Jolteon-Thunder, Thunderbolt, Rain Dance, Shock Wave

You dont have any legandaries (which is okay–but they power you up very well)
I'd say you were good except i don't see any dark type moves. I love dark type pokemon–but hey that's me.
