whats the name of this movie about a hotel or motel with ghosts that steal kids energy and this is all because of an old overseas chair thats under the basement and to rid of the ghost the chair must be destroyed. its a movie around the era of the entity movie and it has a tall man with dark clothing. theres a women with a son and he gets sick and i think theres a with involved and this psychic lady tells her to destroy the chair and when the chair os removed the house falls. theres also a part where she goes to a thrift store and a ghost tells her to go live in that house. thats a begging scene. oh the lady has no idea htier ghosts. HELP!!!!!!!
