Meganium (This one is unchangeable)
-Reflect -Light screen -Gigadrain -Earthquake
Donphan
-Earthquak -Swagger -Defense Curl -Rollout
Starmie
-Surf -Psychic -Ice beam -Thunderbolt
Umbreon
-Mean look -Toxic -Moonlight -Confuse ray or baton pass?
Electabuzz
-Ice punch -Thunderbolt -Psychic -Cross chop
Dragonite
-Thunderwave -Thunderpunch -Outrage -Fireblast
Any suggestions for moves or alternate pokemon? Thanks.

I like the team….now lets evaluate the moves.
Maganium – You should take out Reflect and Light Screen and add Synthesis and Leech Seed. I would make it the troll pokemon because you get health and they lose health.
Donphan – I see you are planning to use the Defense Curl/Rollout technique. I like this move set. Keep it!!!
Starmie – No changes needed.
Umbreon – Keep all the other moves and add in Confuse Ray. First you could Mean Look them. Next use Confuse Ray and lastly Toxic for double whammy.
Electabuzz – I would take out Psychic to add Thunder Wave.
Dragonite – No changes needed.
